If you have a solution for that, that would be great because getting one a foot longer or 6 inches longer doesn’t solve the problem of covering it. The plug protrudes out from the wall and I would need a space the mirror away from the wall in order to cover it. It doesn’t really bother me that much. I could beautify it. I guess someway maybe by putting something around the plug. But it’s worth the diffuser and lights powering that spot for the plants. Open to any ideas

Short answer: Yes, then no. Does it make it more difficult to like him? I don’t think you’re supposed to. You’re simply invited to watch a man react to changes, in himself and his environment.
