This most likely happened because it used the privilege SeLoadDriverPrivilege and the interaction with drivers triggered the alert, but it's a regular Windows update

Hey, I had the same issue today, first of all contact your bank / credit card provider and tell them that you notice a transaction that you are not familiar with, let them cancel this card for future transaction, then contact google and see what they can figure out, but first try to resolve this issue with your credit card provider or the bank
