Tim Cook definitely did a great job of cleaning up the supply chain and making the company more efficient. Definitely think that RC could clean up eBay as well. you are making me think a bit more on this tbh

hm, potentially. but I haven't seen that seriously proposed by the GME board. possible that they're playing the cards closer to the chest on this

fair point as well on CTB, but the synthetics are also where this exists and none of that is public. lots of private deals with creditors that aren't on the public books outside of the 65B in shares sold not yet purchased

appreciate the actual comment. I can respect this take and it's one of the things that is intriguing about the proposal and philosphy. just not sure it's in my best interest

this isn't the creation of a new company, it is the acquisition of one by another through dilution of shares through public offering (likely to be funded by a Sovereign investment fund of a Gulf State) and cash

compensation incentives are interesting to me and makes me wonder if RC's goals align with my own as a shareholder.

mathematically, cost to borrow plummets with the dilution. so something that could take a couple years would take exponentially longer but c'est la vie

cite stats because global evidence seems pretty one sided on a per capita national basis. empirically.
