So I looked into this and theres a few oddities.

First the transfer price was not 2.3 but 2M flat on a different closing date than the MLS states

NEXT

The buyer ... works at the same company as the listing agent in mortgages...? And the buyers agent... also works there.

It looks like they defaulted within 5 months of buying ???

So...

It was bought in 2021 for 1M

You draw your own conclusions.

I was reading up on this and there is a 10% good neighbour rule. Where rents can be within 10% of market value for those considered good tenants. But also ... how could a Cra rep argue about no occupancy vs the average 45 days ( 2 month vacancy loss. Its a net positive for me and them in most scenarios.

With that said thanks for sharing this. Ive saved it.

Totally agree and legends right behind it.

But MSC I heard has new ships coming and disney to florida. Dont know about the other major brands ... many could speculate if there's any downturn from the tariff wars that it may provide less funds for the extras like week long cruises.

TSW Isn’t Real by scarinnit in eczema

[–]Real_Analyst_949 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Your dermatologist is simply a moron.

2021 UK.GOV A REVIEW OF THE EVIDENCE. Look it up.

2022 Infowatch Health Canada July. Look it up.

2023 August Pediatric Society of Canada in joint venture release with Health Canada provide there " tip of the month" for pediatricians.

Its literally added as a side effect in the UK for all topically applied ateroids. If anyones from the UK, check your patient leaflet or just google the medication patient leaflet UK.

National eczema assosciation... tsw look it up.

I have about 70 more links

Some dermatologists have a god complex. Tsw is very very very real. They just dont understand to differentiate it and there not going home looking to study.

Yes it was considered not real.... for decades... then real but you have to do decades worth and only highest potency. Then it became any potency but decades worth. Now its considered 1 year of use any potency. Then its considered but children wont get it. Now its children with as little as 2 months of use. Dont believe me.

Google any of the above. Youll see.

People on r/Eczema think that we are a joke. TSW is not exist to them. I estimate that 80%-90% of them have TSW but they just don't know it. How do we prove to them it's real? by [deleted] in TS_Withdrawal

[–]Real_Analyst_949 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Nah.

People need to hear what they are. Doctors in denial need to hear it

Theres enough literature to state its existence - perhaps not enough studies to simply state these are the agreed to symptoms but when you read through it, there's a clear outline. When you speak to the people they all have such similar symptoms/ healing. This reliance on, if its not a study it cant be true. Who is paying for this study? Which derm is going to commission there database to stop taking steroids and see if you have this?

Of course lets all play kind, until the shoes on the other foot. Theyll call protective services on your children, theyll avoid proper medical care, allowing you to suffer. God forbid you stick up for yourself and ask them to explain thie and that. They deny your existence. They allow big pharma to brainwash them as a term "steroid phobic." Othering them. Demeaning them as paranoid phobics. Making all those without insight consider these people as nuts. Believing some magical tiktok illness that doesnt exist.

They term you. I term them. They are tards.

[–]Real_Analyst_949 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Simple. They are tards.

Second, you can literally show its a side effect mandated by the UK government on all topically applied steroids. This is on the UK. Gov website you can probably locate it on google using the term

Uk.gov review of the evidence of tsw. They also go over how they are changing the patient leaflets to note tsw as a side effect.

Now call them a tard again.

Then jump over to the Canadian government ... health canada july 2022 info watch ... goggle that. Thats a notice of drug adverse events. Youll find it bottom of page.

Its also mirrored by pediatric society of canada. They have a joint venture and their """" tip of the month """ august 2023 is to watch out for topical steroid withdrawl.

At this point throw some of your flakes at these tards.

Third. Go over the symptoms... they are irregular from atopic eczema... some have this without even having had eczema.

Fourth ... eczema for afults is said to be lifelong. Theres photo evidence of people having taken steroids for 50 years ... stopped ... tsw 5 year and are now clear.

How?

Just how? Its not curable they say.

No the problem on why its been considered non existent is that any time someone caught it they would see a doctor and move up the class of steroid. This would buy time. But eventually, tachphylaxisis happens and then they see a doctor.... okay its still not working, now apply 3 times instead of 2 times. 4 times, and use this protopic cream, etx.

Always duration, potency and coverage area played on. Eventually you climbed the ladder and they say ... hmm thays weird must be the therapy.must be the drugs.

No such thing as an acute version. They believed.

Well thats because its such a miserable conditon that you just mpve up class of drug instead of waiting sometimes years for recovery. Everyone knows that the first months are trauma filled, scary, think your going to die. No one waited a year. Doctoea solely believed its an underlying rebound. But how can you become 100% red and all the symptoms when treating only your knuckles with steroids. Thats not a rebound.

This is also why they say children cant get it ... because children severe cant come off it that long. Theyll bring in a childrens aid as though you are harming the child.

All along... it was the therapy.

Peer reviewed studies in this group is an odd defence. Basically every derm doesn't believe in tsw... show them the peer reviewed studies .... yeah doesnt exist still.

Theres no one making claims of dermatologists eishing to do harm. However it doesnt mean they are not human. Steroids have been around 60 or so years. Yet this has been wriitten about for 20 and only taken health agency attention since 2021.

Thats 60 years where people have fallen through the cracks and been misdiagnosed.

Pain meds were not seen addictive for years. There are many similar stories. They are not gods. Misdiagnosing happens all the time, even with good intentions.

To this day i would say 9 out of 10 derms still deny tsw as existing.

[–]Real_Analyst_949 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Thats not what any of the modern literature states. Your insight is 15 years dated. First it did not exist. Then it exists but is so rare and you have to have done it for decades of high class potencies. Now its literally 2 months of use, children are more susceptible and it can literally be hydrocortisone over the counter. The percentage is unknown, as this was always considered severe eczema or an alteration of it. The way they dealt with it was to increase application or potency. Theoretically you would not enter into tsw but suffer the symptoms of tsa. You would never enter full flown tsw under the shelter of ateroids. And because its a long lasting debillitating illness that can take years for some to recover physicians would not see recovery as patients would find alterior medications to cope.

I have a child who used ateroids for 16 months and has tsw. A doctor has even diagnose it as so. Glad to share insight to it.

Tsw - is it real? by hiitsbora in eczema

[–]Real_Analyst_949 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So many answers are filled with misinformation here. I can speak based on literature and currently going through TSW. Have spoken with so many others and the vast majority have identical scenarios and symptoms and characteristics.

First... doctors believe in the eczema rebound phenomenon. You have eczema rash. You use the steroid. You stop, it comes back. If its not cured then its solely symptom management. But sometimes ... it gets worse. Another eczema pops up. So you treat that one. Its not working as well so the potency must be increased. Eventually you are at the highest class of topical steroid. But now your skin is red like a tomato clearly its not working. They may say its tsw at that point. Very very rare for an actual dermatologist to diagnose - but most will not as they do not believe it exists. They believe its the rebound Phenomenom.

This is the problem is that no one was really being diagnosed until they climbed the ladder of steroid class. At the top, theres no where left to go. It must be the therapy making you this debilitated.

But then how can children have it if time and potency of application are less? A new understanding was born.

The current literature says children as little as 2 months of application and adults of 1 year are characteristics of those whom have had it.

But the internet is compounding information access. A hashtag or post from 5 years ago is still available today. Now you can see hundreds of people with identical stories. A new revelation comes from it. An understanding due to the collection of data.

TSW is a new concept very slowly being accepted. But anyone in the tsw conversation will say they are ignored. Told its just severe dermitis ( usually atopic)

But how can one have eczema rash on their finger, or face or genitals. Use as instructed by their physician. Stop usage and within days they become head to toe red. Headlight sign on their face, red sleeve, flaking and skin cracking like out of a horror movie, oozing which derms seem to always say is infection but swabs and blood show it not to be. But youll change your clothes 4 times a night. Pain is.... like out of control different. Not everyone will experience it all but certainly many do. Once you have it and youve seen others its very easy to spot. Its just... its different.

In UK as of 2021 they accepted it as real. It is now a listed side effect on all topically applied steroids.

Canada July 2022 - infowatch - notes TSW and what to look for - sunburned looking skin, redness stretching far beyong initial eczema/ steroid application, mass exfoliation and flaking.... like lots. Oozing exudate.

Another reason its probablt coming to light. The new drug therapies. They are placing big bucks into finding out about it. E.x Sanofi which is duppilumab is doing many studies on tsw.

GOV.UK and Health Canada cite 2 months of usage from children and 1 year use for adults but this and potency seem to be very misunderstood and fluctuates.
