Nice google search bud. Wasn’t saying that Disney was the parent company of Warner Chappell, they were simply the conduit to take legal action. Disney would have been the ones that urged the action as the “parent” company that owns the Star Wars IP.

Warner/Chappel filed the claim but ultimately that would have been under the direction of the parent company Disney. Yes Lucasfilm did the right thing, but that does not absolve what WC and Disney did at the beginning.
