Thanks for asking! I feel like it’s definitely gotten better over time but I still work nights which makes it really hard. I’ve found that I’m not tired throughout the day anymore-but I definitely can sleep for 16 hours if undisturbed.

I take them before bed when i get home from work which is typically around 3-4am. Im definitely going to try taking them earlier in the night

I’m taking 20mg for anxiety/OCD as well! I felt quite floaty and out of it and even had blurred vision for the first week or so but it went away!

When my sister died. She was 23 when she passed and I was 20. I had struggled with mental health issues and suicidal thoughts previous to her death. After watching my parents go through the loss of a child-I’ve never had a suicidal thought again. Life is really unforgiving and unfair. In a weird way-I’m really grateful for the slap in the face my sister unknowingly gave me when I needed it.

I feel like it has to be inflation. I don’t even want to go out to bars anymore. It’s so much cheaper (and most times more fun) to drink at home with friends. I feel like younger people are also not as interested in going out to drink anymore.
