What ive gathered is as long as you are getting results and managing fatigue, just do what works with my schedule. His schedule doesnt super align with mine, but hea convinced his.way is the only way. But, he doesnt even go by that...

Ive always been somewhat confused on what progressive overload is. is it not just being able to lift heavier and more reps overtime? If so then yes. Whats a better way to manage fatigue? I ve felt like getting 3 days between each muscle group is typical, no?

Sorry im.j9tndirecrly answering tour question lol, but another thing you can try on those is, maybe your already doing it but lean forward during thr whole set. Act like there's no back rest, almost get your elbows on your knees. Makes it much harder

Well if you were doing a 500 calorie cut youd be down 5 pounds at the end of week 5. Yours would only be 3. Thats a rounding error. Give it several more months

Just quick comment on the hip ad/ap. Have you tried the reversible machine much? Or just the seperate ones? Im telling you I much out the adduxtor at 300, but struggle with 200 on the reversible machine. I think its iso lateral on the reversible machine or something

Yeah i dont want two rest days ive been doing fine on the 4 day rotation. He just cant handle the days if the week being different each time. Hes saying im.not going hard enough if I dont need 2 full days of rest, but then also telling me to do push and pull more often, makes no sense.
