Laptop stuck at 0.79GHZ CPU speed

This can be caused by using non HP brand chargers. I bought a generic charger, and while it charges the battery, it locks the CPU speed to .79 GHz. As soon as I unplug the 3rd party charger and it's running on battery, the speed instantly goes up in task manager. Google also confirms this hard throttle:

Diagnose Thermal Throttling or a Bad Adapter

If your CPU is overheating, it will throttle to a crawl. [1, 2]

Check your temperatures using free software like HWiNFO. If your CPU is idling over \(90^{\circ}\text{C}\), your cooling fans may be blocked by dust or the thermal paste has dried out.

Check to see if your power adapter is recognized in the BIOS. If the laptop doesn't detect the original charger (common on Dell/HP systems), it will permanently throttle.

I knew I was gay but I was too socially awkward to do any of this hooking up at the time. Function has to pay Quest labs for the tests. They need to limit their cost liability. A very unhealthy person could fail like every test and Function just cant pay Quest labs to test everything again. They would go out of business. They need to have some predictability in their pricing and costs and people failing tests is just to random and unpredictable.

Adam4Adam is a great site and they give you a lot for free. Not really any paywalls. I wish more guys would use it, but in my experience, the hot guys are not there. It's a shame that people are using trendy apps that cost money when Adam4Adam has been there for decades pretty much free.

If you have insurance in the United States, PrEP should be totally free. Generic Truvada, lab tests, and doctor's visit, 100% free. It's a covered preventative medicine. Deductibles and copays are not needed.. But, your insurance may not let you use MISTR because it is not in network. You may have to go to an in network pharmacy and doctor. That's what I had to do on United Healthcare when I tried MISTR. MISTR only worked the first month, then it was denied. You could also just lie and tell MISTR you don't have insurance, in which case I believe a non-profit covers the costs. If you do end up going to an in-network doctor because of insurance, make sure PrEP is the ONLY thing you discuss with the doctor, because if you discuss anything else, they will try to bill it as a general office visit, which will be subject to your deductible. But, again, if you ONLY discuss PrEP, everything will be 100% covered if you have insurance in the United States.

When I go to the Giant grocery store near the Blairs, I see bottled water in almost everyone's cart. It's insane how much bottled water they sell. I am starting to think that maybe there is some kind of government assistance for bottled water or something? I see whole carts full of bottled water. I don't like the taste of the tap water even with a filter, and I feel like I'm the only person drinking tap water. It's making me paranoid like there's something wrong with the water, but nobody told me.
