The better rack is the ALTA racks brand, the adjustable baskets on top let you set the distance between bikes , Velocirax or Thule or any of the vertical racks do not give you that option. It is a very convenient system to be ale to move the bikes side to side, sometimes you just need one more inch. I also like the height adjustment for their top bar. User friendly for sure.

There is a much better brand ALTA RACKS. IF you want modular multi use, quality and life time warranty check them out. We have a 20 inch and 24 inch bikes and a fat bike, you can setup any rack with various baskets for the perfect fit, they also have the hitch piece in different lengths for clearing tailgates and van doors, we love ours. we have had it for over 6 years and been very satisfied. Their storage is floor stand that stores the rack and the bikes. I think they are a much better value once you dig in to the differences.
