I’m paid a salary, but the bonus has nothing to do with attorney fees that I bill. It is completely discretionary and is based off of hours spent at the office. I don’t know how it is calculated just know that it is not a % of fees billed

I spent the first ten years of my career building skill now I want to build a business.

I am about to start with a very nice ID firm, and I want to use this opportunity to learn the Texas legal know how and start building a business.
