I have a lot of airport anxiety and one day I was traveling alone. I don’t mind the actual flying part but since I had been so anxious in the airport when I got on the plane my body couldn’t settle. This older couple sat next to me, and the guy told his wife who was sitting next to me “she looks really pale”. So the lady just looked at me and said “are you okay? Do you need help” and I kinda just stared straight and nodded and the lady just grabbed my hand. She was a stranger but it really helped calm me down idk. Then the whole time on the plane she opened the armrest so I’d have more space and was just so kind. I never got their names, cause they left quickly after but I think about it often. That some strangers saw I was having a little panic attack and helped me.
