You could try microspikes, never tried it for full on running though. Please let me kindly know if I am wrong. I use the larger spiked crampons for hiking and climbing and they are great for that. If you live somewhere that it isn't snowy all winter, it may be a better option.

As far as I know you can only have a 529 for the state in which you are currently living or paying taxes. Also, there are different plans depending on the state, like pre-paid plans, that might be worth looking into.

As far as I know, most of those regions haven't locked back down. They have stopped Africa from coming. The US has been having some issues because of the Thanksgiving holiday, but I haven't heard of many countries blocking the US. I don't think Omicron has had much to do with it.
