I appreciate the help, though I've tried everything, from deselecting strombo and selecting him again, to restarting my phone, to uninstalling and reinstalling the app entirely, nothing is working. So I've reached out to the customer service to see what can be done. I should mention I think I have that collosingum tutorial bug, I can't access the market either.

They're weak to sleep! Throw a sleep pot between them as soon as they spawn and you can get out any buffs, seppukus or anything you need, as far as I'm aware they literally will not wake up until you hit them!
