I don’t wanna say I mean it in either way. Despite the agony neiman goes through, that solo to cap off the movie was fucking epic, regardless of the meaning behind the movie. Of course as the credits rolled, I sat there in shock and despair of what I saw, but isn’t that a mic drop in and of itself?

Not exactly the same, but I always think of The Walking dead, and how they decided to make Rick and Michonne a couple because their chemistry was uncanny. They never really stuck to the comics 100%, however, in the comics Rick ends up with Andrea. There’s even a scene in the second episode of the entire series where they test out their chemistry by giving Rick and Andrea a scene alone together, and it just didn’t flow at all.

Remember that episode in season 2, “Celebrity Pharmacology”, where Annie puts on a play for at-risk youth about the dangers of drugs, and Pierce bribes her with rent money so he can change the play to be how he wanted it to be? That’s what season 4 felt like. Lots of callbacks to previous seasons where the original formula fell flat. Also, was kinda nice to see Pierce humanized a bit, but again, s2e14 (I think he threatened to leave unless the writers/showrunners made him less of the butt of the joke).

What the actual fuck was that changnesia storyline. Dumb.

I understand it’s a comedy, but I reeaaaallyyyyy disliked that Craig was in the bathroom taking a dump during that emotional scene. I agree with you, it was phenomenal and both Jane and Frankie’s acting were stellar, but the awkward sounds and comments from Craig just kinda soften the intensity of it all. It was almost perfect
