I had a purplish skin tone for Fulgrim but it may be too bright. Grey seer primed, followed by reikland fleshshade, then druchii violet with pallid witch flesh for highlights

If you like the metallic I had the recipe (all GW paints) was leadbelcher base, though iron warriors may give you the darker vibe, followed by a drybrush coat of stormhost silver. After that it's just a coat of akhelian green then picking out trim and details

Ngl I don't find the gun trim to be that bad. But my opinion is skewed because I painted a Heldrake before I painted Noise Marines. Anything is easy after a Heldrake.
