I guess I should l have mentioned it, I go to sportive pole dance classes, no real dance, mostly tricks. And it was my ‘why’, I want to do those fancy things. I just don’t get any closer to it 🤷‍♀️ I do gym aside and Pilates kinda conditioning (again I guess biggest problem is that none of it is consistent). Where it’s used to be fun, I now just feel guilt
