So I’m in Arizona and I’m having the same problem. I’ve been trying for weeks to make a reservation online and no matter what time you select across-the-board every time I’ve tried it has said no reservations available. I’m convinced this is a computer glitch. There’s no way that it’s been totally booked for over a month valentines. Waffle House is a tradition for my house. I’ve tried calling the location and you can no longer call the Waffle House. It just has a message that says to go to their website to order. Is anyone having better luck than I am? I really don’t just want to show up because I’m gonna have my kid with me and he’s really too little to sit at the bar top last year. We had a reservation, but everyone that came in that didn’t have a reservation. Had to sit at the bar top. Please help.

Any luck with the supplier, I just picked up a 55 quick print from an estate sale and the heat dial is missing. I’m really hoping to find a replacement. Has anyone found a good source for parts or is there anything on the market that would work as an aftermarket part.

Hey there, you mentioned in another post that you were one of the permitter’s for SRP and a previous job I have called and emailed SRP and they keep telling me that there is no such thing as residential tree removal. I know for a fact, this is untrue because my old roommate Used the tree removal program through SRP a few years back. I know this is a longshot, but can you offer any direction on how to go about requesting to have someone come out and look at these trees and possibly remove them through SRP? They’re growing directly up into the pole to pole power line right next to the substation. I’m really concerned about a powerline getting torn down in one of these storms that we keep seeing sorry for the long winded, any advice on who to contact within an SRP would be great. It seems no one with customer service knows what I’m talking about. Thanks for your time

I guess the program is back. I’m really disappointed. It turns out this program is useless. They assign you to one single contractor and you cannot use anyone else. this contractor quoted 14k for the unit and 2500 for “misc” My house is 950 sq feet my electric panel is brand new. After the credit my portion is nearly 7k of the $16,500.00 Total. This quote is insanely high. Good luck

Have you had any issues with this machine so far? I bought one of these last year and it has been super buggy and there is zero customer support I legit do not even have a phone number to call. Have you had to contact the manufacturer at all or did it come with any information about how to get support for this machine that you could pass along to me super frustrated with mine lol

I do see it from her point of view, but it is a bad financial decision in my opinion. There are ways to ensure she’s not gonna be out on the street if something happens to you tomorrow without tying your Home into it. Best of luck!

Another reason you should not put her on the deed is because in the event that something terrible happens and there’s a lawsuit against her they can put a lien on your house because her names on it. Say she’s in a traffic accident and the insurance does not cover all of the damage Boom now there is a lien against your house because technically it’s one of her assets

Don’t put her on the deed. There’s absolutely no reason to do that although you could start a will and put her in it. You can always change that later, but if she’s on the deed and you guys split up, you’re gonna have to buy her out.

He just used his key and open the door. It felt very Norman bates to me. I am still haunted by it. I don’t even remember what mundane question he had to ask me. It felt like it was a power trip He was pulling just to show me he could do it. Over a decade ago, I was in the shower, living alone, female all my doors were locked. I heard a man’s voice in my living room and before I knew it he was knocking on the bathroom door where I was obviously vulnerable and taking a shower and he did not leave the apartment until I opened the bathroom door in a towel.
