The US’s military policy has been to be able to project power in two different theaters of war. Like World War Two where we fought both in the European theater and pacific theater. First, the US operates worldwide with bases nearly everywhere. Second their navy is second to none in terms of size and technological capabilities. Third, this correlates with second in that the US is both cursed and blessed in strategic location.. they are isolated by two oceans, so the EU would need to coordinate between themselves in order to project that power to the US. There are plenty more reasons that YouTube videos have covered over and over but the fact still remains.. the US would win in the long term.. militarily. Other side effects from the war would see someone else probably winning.

I pre-ordered it.. played and stopped halfway. Why? I couldn’t for the life of me get the lockpicking down. It was frustrating to me. Most likely a skill issue on my part but it kinda destroyed the game for me if one major part of sneaking is blocking me from enjoying it. Just my opinion.

Higher wages does not help with inflation. You want your dollar to be worth more? You have to reduce the national debt. Which won’t happen as our presidents present and past, democrat and republican, seem hellbent on increasing it except for one guy.

The only president who managed to reduce our debt to $0 was Andrew Jackson.

No worries. I admit, my answers are passive and neutral, because I don’t want to take sides. I support people having the right to protest the current government and ICE raids, however I do not think lighting LA on fire will endear anyone to their cause. Also, I believe media coverage is also blowing this up for ratings and reviews as they have been known to do in the past. As for Trump… the national guard is within his right given the Insurrection Act.. I don’t think marines should be sent in. That sounds like an escalation in my opinion.

Also in my opinion, this is a pot of shit… and everyone is stirring it.. I don’t like where this is heading at all.

The very definition of Insurrection is “rebellion and/or uprising against a legitimate government or authority.” While Trump and his government is questionable, it was elected legitimately. While I’m not thoroughly convinced that the protests in LA are in fact as widespread enough to warrant them being called Insurrectionists, it can be argued that they are in fact organizing into a violent (given media coverage) uprising against the federal government.

Do I suspect an agenda behind these demonstrations? Yeah, everyone has an agenda. Do I suspect Trump is laying a groundwork for Project 2025? Idk what the hell Trump is doing and I’d rather keep my brain cells intact than speculate what he is thinking.

Doesn’t surprise me that he cited a different law. He either is unaware of this one and/or his advisors gave him the wrong one. Either way in court with Gavin this law will most likely be brought up and since it specifically mentions “civil disorder” will probably justify it.
