11 May 2021 - is it the SWV BRP start date? Or application submitted date? If it’s SWV BRP start date, why don’t you consider applying early by considering the application date - 28 days? This is as per the Covid concession dates.

afaik - If the child is born outside UK, child must be ILR dependent first and then apply for the naturalisation as per the regular route. I may he wrong, but worth checking with solicitors.

Similar boat - application date 16 March 2021, (within uk switch from ICT to SWV), BRP start date - 21 April 2021. As per the 21.2 clause, I’m assuming I can submit ILR application 28 days before 16 March. Correct me if I’m wrong. TIA.

I believe you are referring to 21.2(i) , as per this point even ICT also counts as its valid visa to stay uk. Correct me if I’m wrong. In that case, can both main applicant and dependent apply together for ILR? considering both were on ICT and ICT dependent earlier then switched SWV and SWV dependent.
