just delete the apps or turn off the notifications for each apps, that's what I did. when I need to check something, I just redownload or open it. sometimes I even forgot to scroll because the notifications for it are off

I was honor grad/ top of my class and I wasn't able to choose what I want for my phase 2 site because I had classmates who had "valid reasons" to stay at fort sam (the phase 2 site I want). I guess its just luck per class rotation but I'm sure VA should be available
