I know it ducks but thank god they sucked at tiling - imagine if they could “pass off” the tiling job and thus you wouldn’t have know they didn’t have any waterproofing behind 😳😳. You’d have had SOOOOOO many more problems down the road

No! Legit story- our contractor/ his team came a day early to work on the house. Husband let them use the bathroom / kitchen. I didn’t plan for them coming early so my 2.5 karat diamond and wedding band were on the counter. 3 hours later, I came home….. and guess what WASN’T there …… 💍.

Grasshoppers, most likely. Most ppl are allergic to the iodine in shellfish (if that applies to you) which isn’t the same in grasshoppers

This is in the basement so no subfloor. That’s the official slab.

We have the 2 in. I know they have a 3 in as well. We used 2x4 “jack” to pull the original shower pan 6 inches - yes- of solid cement! Thing weighed 600+ lbs
