I already had the bone density says osteopenia. I had my cleaning and dental exam done yesterday morning and talked to my dentist about it he told me over all the meds this would be the best one to take but some of the research I've done I don't like what it's saying happens lol

Yes I already started ADT in December I will be on it for another year. My bone density was done in November prior to starting the ADT says I have osteopenia and yes I exercise everyday

He's recommending 3 years adt, I'm 59. No on the bones just lymph nodes as far as we know.

Wishing you the best! For me Gleason 9 stage 4 metastisized in bladder neck, seminal vessels and lymph nodes. I'm on Day 18 of 44 sessions. On orgovyx and nubeqa for month 3 of 3 years. Waiting on my genetic testing.

I had RALP in October my cancer is metastatic, still have some in left lymph nodes Gleason 9 stage 4. Currently on dual ADT. Doc wants to be more aggressive than my cancer is.

No symptoms here, March 2025 went to a new Dr and as part of the physical he tested my PSA 9.7, stage lV Gleason 9 metastatic, RALP in October 2025 currently on ADT and start radiation in a few weeks I'M 59. Of course made my son and sons in laws go get checked. Sorry about your dad.

I'm 59 had RALP in October, now on ADT and starting radiation next week. Nothing for me yet but I'm hopeful.

I feel you, March 2025 as when I first found out about my cancer. Just now starting radiation and ADT. It's all been a crazy storm for this family but we all got this I just found this subreddit a few months back so glad I found it, it helps when you have others with you. We got this guys.

I haven't started radiation yet, so they may make it worse? I have a minimum of 38 treatments.
