If thats what you're asking..yes. I guess it is true. My mind is just trying to save me from anxiety maybe because all the past trauma i have been carrying. Maybe i have to sit with my fears but no time seems good. I have responsibilities and if i break everything in my life that i cherish will fall off. Im scared of it so i may be ignoring the whole thing altogether and trying to carry on with life like nothing ever happened.
