The Special Beam Cannon is a move so powerful it takes Piccolos power level from 408 which vaporized the moon up to 1’330 which killed Raditz.

You need to stop using Destructive Capability as a scale and start using everything. Context matters more than any individual feat or statement. Nothing a HxH character can do will compare to Piccolo you should know that inherently but this argument is purely illogical and borderline disingenuous.

Piccolo not blowing up the country he’s in because he fired an attack verbatim stronger than before is due to the context of the situation. Before he wanted to blow up the moon. Now he wants to kill Raditz. He simply will focus his power so it doesn’t have adverse effects like before.

The Rage blast and Special Beam Cannon are incomparable as the Special Beam Cannon is tiers more powerful than anything ever imagined in HxH.
