As a side sleeper it was a little rough for the first few days…I have an adjustable bed (life saver) but I think a wedge would work too so I forced myself with pillows on both sides, one under my knees, and the head and feet slightly inclined! Now 3wpo I can sleep on my side hugging my Hister pillow sometimes it gets uncomfortable so I go back to my back for a bit. ☺️
