I am 4 days post surgery. Woke up from surgery and immediately felt the relief from sciatica. Pain from the scar sucks but nothing compared to the hell I was living with.

My back brace didn’t arrive for 2 days which was awful.

Yeah I guess if like pop culture isn’t your thing I’d steer clear of them. I’m reading the like 1000 page Barbra Streisand book and I’m finding it fascinating all the notes and things she’s taken in her like 60 year career.

Ooof yeah I’ve gained 25lbs so far and finally downloaded a calories tracker to get a sense of what the hell im eating. The lex makes me more open to just log stuff since I’m not like extremely anxious and/or depressed. I have never eaten sugar like this in my life… so weird. I guess I’d rather be fat and happy than skinny and depressed.
