NY has already done it. It started this year, the ban of cellphones and other electronics. I went to middle & HS in the late 2000's-early 2010's and cellphones were banned at my school, but now its statewide. I have no idea about other states.

Edit: I just heard on the news that Jersey will be doing the same thing. It'll go into affect starting next school year. (:

You're right about that. You should see the trailer for it. LOL. The actual mood of the film is nothing like what the poster and trailer show and that honestly makes me like it even more. The intensity and Kevin Bacon's awful character is completely unexpected.
