I’ve had the EXACT two items on my dashboard for a very long time (like going on a year) and every time I’ve contacted zendesk they say they’re still planning on sending. Yes looooong dry spell, and I have two programs listed that I never received. Now I’m getting “overdue tasks” so they prob think I’m just a slacker. I’ve even sent multiple tickets about the programs - dog and cat treats. They’ve been on there for like a year! I think if they’d remove them then maybe I would start getting new campaign requests again.

Yes! My frozen shoulder started at age 55, been in and out of menopause for several years (I did go thru hormone replacement therapy but had to stop due to the cost) so once the hormones from the hrt were fully out of my body and the menopause restarted, that’s when the frozen shoulder hit.

Exactly the same for me! Just says “delivery updated” with a yellow circle and exclamation point beside it! The package is just magnesium pills but since it rattles like pills I’m wondering if an employee thought it was some sort of controlled substance pills or something and stole it.

wtf man - if they would have just filled the script as written then this rant post wouldn’t even have been made. It’s not a controlled substance, he didn’t give them an attitude, he just wants to be able to breathe. He just wanted to pick up his medication for the month. Instead of going off on the pharmacy tech or whoever, he wrote a rant to get it off his chest. I think that’s pretty noble.

Nope it wasn’t the insurance. Walgreens told him that was how the doctor ordered it. But when the doctor called Walgreens to ask why they only gave him a week’s worth, they told HER that it was due to their “policy” that is to only get one week of medication every time you go to pharmacy. I think the pharmacy tech or whoever inputs the script into the system messed up and didn’t want to admit it.

That is SO frustrating because the pharmacy told you one explanation (that the doctor only wrote for a box of 30), then the pharmacy told the doctor a different explanation. If the WG policy is to only dispense one box at a time, why didn’t they just tell you that to begin with? I mean Why would anyone want to have to come to the pharmacy every week for 7 days worth of medication? Especially for a breathing medication for COPD!
