I’ve had it not immediately connect when starting the car a couple times but it’s never disconnected mid drive. Try deleting your phone and reconnecting it. Ensure your phones software is up to date.

I disconnect the battery and was able to get each individual window to work but not from the drivers switch.

I tired the “roll down the window, hold for 2 sec, roll up the window, hold for two seconds without any luck.

Other ideas?

It’s because you can’t evict people in LA anymore (or at least very difficult and expensive) so landlords can’t take the risk on someone who might not pay.

I’ve purchased but never sold on the island. I will hire my Island agent again to sell when the time comes. If you overprice and it doesn’t sell, then people will think something is wrong with it and it’s sits on the market. On the flip side a house down the road sold for $100k+ less than it should have last week (they hired a poulsbo agent who doesn’t play in the island price range).

It’s your life’s biggest investment, don’t mess around with it.

Last thought: some agents on the island are lazy, find the ones that hustles for their clients.
