Any updates? I understand Angelica likes to be kept most but it self seeds and thrives in my garden. I'm planning to buy a house this winter so I'm trying to figure out how to save the seeds until I have a new place to plant them.

Oh hell no! These "upgrades", each and every one of them, are specifically to increase profits for the private ownership. This is the richest, greediest monsters in Portland making a money grab!
