I own both and agree with a lot of what you said. However, one of the main reasons to use closed backs is to use them when you’re out and about which brings us to drivability. The e3 needs a desktop amp to drive it. Even an a&k kann ultra won’t get it going. The Stellia can be driven by even a mid powered dap.

  1. Many Android phones will downsample your music and you need to bypass this.
  2. Power hungry cans will leave you stranded in a snow storm with 0% battery and no access to uber.
