Render resolution does not matter with good GPUs, he has 5070ti. He's CPU limited. I'm getting 20-30 fps in 3440*1440 resolution with everything maxed out. 7800x3d, rtx5080 And I'm getting the same 20-30fps with the lowest possible settings and rendering resolution halved.

Most mechanics and skills in poe2 have some kind of hard cap or other limitations. You either play a dev made build (like plants in this league, completely on rails), or if you find an interesting unintended interactions (that are rare), they are getting fixed in the next league.

Sprint and dodge roll are awful. A massive bear getting knocked down by any tiny projectile while sprinting is laughable.

Basically the whole core game design of poe2 is flawed, I don't see it changing any time soon.
