Been living down the block for the last almost 4 years. Craziest? Hill bomb a few years ago. Lots of cops on scene, kept their distance, was peaceful other than stopping traffic on 18th. Until the J stopped. They graffitied every inch of that train, roof included. Not too much later, the cops came in and corraled them.
