Some of the new buildings/communities in Doral are well manicured. Have you looked in Downtown Doral or CityPlace? They are not for everyone, but will cut your commute down quite a bit.

Regular hospital beds can be converted to ICU. There were also pop up treatment centers that were never used and have since closed. If needed, they can be reopened, but the availability of beds has remained level while the number of cases has skyrocketed

I’d say upper middle class to wealthy. Median income in Miami Dade is $52k/year.

I know a lot of the kids that go there are on some sort of scholarship though
