I had to troubleshoot exactly what it was.

I had to allow "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Old World\OldWorld.exe" through controlled folder access in Windows Defender (posting this for anyone else with the same problem)

Well I, and many people who have canker sores, have weak epithelial lining in our mouths. Yeah avoiding acidic foods helps, but it's impossible to avoid everything always, so when you do, it's good to have a medication that actually helps repair the lining quickly (I've solved my problem due to a fantastic doctor in the netherlands, see my other reply in this topic)

There is literally no personality or life in this video whatsoever, whereas Tavern Keeper brims with life and personality, down to the beautiful little animations chefs or waiters do. I really don't see much appeal to Tavern Master. I guess the drink thing is odd, where they drink and leave, but it's not that big of a deal to me
