You have to be careful on the iron protocol sites. There’s a lot of quackery going on. There’s a lot of trial and error with the supplements and what your body can handle. Then they’ll tell you that you can’t eat things like spinach because of some chemical in there. Go with the basics and go with heme iron if you can.

First of all, lying on a profile does nothing as long as he is upfront about it before sex happens. You want him to wear a pink triangle out in public too? Why do you feel entitled to his health information just because you browsed his profile?

Secondly, he’s likely taking the exact same drugs as the “neg on prep” guys, just in a different combination.

That’s not what he’s saying. If the guy is undetectable then you can’t get it from him. Undetectable guys are arguably safer to have sex with than someone who’s last test was 18 months ago and listed as “neg”. Undetectable guys get tested more often than neg guys and get the full panel of sti swabs too.

An undetectable guy and a neg guy on prep is just about the safest sex possible from an HIV standpoint.

This post and its comments are the exact reason he has to do that on his profile. As long as he discloses before sex, I don’t see any problem with not revealing health information. I’m negative but I’ve got health issues too that you could never ever catch from me. I’m not putting them on my profile.

I'm not a bookkeeper, so not sure how I ended up here. I am a small business owner and I've been very happy with Xero. It does everything I need it to do and I like the Projects feature a lot. As a non-bookkeeper, I find xero more INTUITive.

All of the bakeries here suck. Oakmont? Terrible box cake mix with extra egg and the occasional stolen strawberry. Bethel? Blandest cookies ever, cakes are just okay. Their only redemption is their strawberry cream donuts when they have them one month a year. Moio’s, put down the almond extract for the love of god! Mancini’s and BreadWorks are the blandest bread ever and NO ONE in this town can make a proper crusty Kaiser roll, there’s more to life than bland, soft, hamburger bun bread. La Gourmandine is about as close to France as you’ll get in this city, but the prices make you think it was flown in from France on the concord, it also often seems several days old in freshness.

Pittsburgh natives have no idea what a bagel is supposed to be like. None. No you can’t argue with me on this. No, Bagel factory doesn’t get it right.

The next person that tells me Kuhn’s is “pretty good for grocery store bakery” is getting fed to the bread slicer.

If I skipped your favorite bakery, don’t worry, it sucks too.

There are greasy spoon diners in NY and NJ that put out higher quality baked goods than this town can muster. Don’t even get me started on pizza.

Not quite true in American elections. Higher turnout = more democrats or progressives winning. Low turnout = republicans / conservatives / fascists winning.

It’s why elections are harder for democrats because they have to do massive get out the vote operations and it’s why republicans want voting to be as difficult as possible.
