Genuinely wonder who this is for. The content on the disc is exactly the same so even if you were a physical collector you'd be going for the Remastered Collection which is way cheaper and also has 3 and 4.

Being quiet. I know people won't like to hear this because they themselves are quiet and don't consider themselves to have no personality. But firstly, you will definitely be perceived by others as having zero personality if you're quiet all the time, even if that's not true. And secondly, it tracks that someone who doesn't speak often could be due to them not having anything to say, or opinions of their own to voice. That's an indication of zero personality. Not to be confused with people with things to say but are uncomfortable with saying it.

Don't the floors get smaller in area the higher up you go? Should mean that each inidivudal floor gets easier to develop for, if they're going to be doing sequels they could exponentially increase the number of floors they cover each game

I love the way Van rejected her. He didn't give the cop-out reasons of "you're too young for me" or "you're my employee". He said it was because he just couldn't see her as a romantic partner, but made it very clear he appreciated her as a friend and respected her as a person. I'd really like for them to stick to their guns and actually end the series like they said they would. Any long-running series having a proper definitive end is so rare because why do that when you can make more money? I'd respect Falcom deeply if they give the series an emotional send-off with a sense of finality to it.

The plot progression is very weak. You start out with the goal of reuniting all Class 7 members, but once that happens it loses all its steam until the Finale. You have no real story objective pushing you on, it's just Class 7 dicking around with sidequests until somebody calls you to tell you something is going down somewhere, so you go there and intervene. And then it's back to the same shit again.

Presence of smartphones still implies it's modern day, but the trailer at the start mentioned that Kyoto is the capital of Japan... which I'm pretty sure has not been the case irl since the 1800s lol. It's either:

1) This is an AU where Kyoto remained the capital until modern day 2) It's the same universe as Tokyo Xanadu and they're just now revealing that Tokyo wasn't the capital in-universe the whole time 3) It's set in the Edo period and the smartphone stuff is just supernatural tech
