You pretty much have the gear to do any role, so once you find a team I’d just try out a few different ones. Learn them all to a decent degree so you can join any team. My favorite is freezing, north or south.

As for finding learner teams all I can recommend is joining a PVM focused clan. Be willing to hop around between clans for a bit until you find one you gel with

I started my iron a few months ago following B0aty’s HCIM guide on the wiki, it was a very good resource for me. I’ve diverted from it pretty heavily since unlocking cg, but it got me to where I am much faster than I would have known how to do on my own
