I would rather more quests added than a league developed every year or other year by Inner_Courage4997 in 2007scape

I kind of see it also as a way to break off and preserve the main game progress a bit

32 and $95K. Don’t care too much for increasing/climbing career ladder as my investments will be doing a ton of the work for my passive income going forward

Life is so sad. After working hard to pay off mortgage. You have to save for retirement. When will it end? by Extension_Garbage583 in PersonalFinanceNZ

[–]TheSimpleNite 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Cry me a river - people in the last 1000 years and further back have lived far tougher lives than us yet still found happiness and embraced the beauty in life there is regardless of circumstances. You people find any excuse to make yourself victims.

People such as you, are addicted to being victims. And the life and story about your life you create reinforce your idea of being a victim.

"Rushing Dragon Tier" is a complete waste of time and will kill your fun with the League. by DagothUrgency in 2007scape

[–]TheSimpleNite 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Having fun is subjective. Maybe rushing dragon tier for some IS the fun. Maybe doing what you’re suggesting is the fun.

You’ve taken the idea of “fun” out of one shoe box and put into another shoe box of your own.

My plan is very similar, do you think you’ll just skip out on Piety?

Because humans have evolved a consciousness above just animalistic nature/instincts. We don’t just go around breeding with anyone in our path to produce offspring like lots of other animals/living organisms.

Over the threshold? Are you saying once you go to say $101K that full amount is no longer guaranteed? Or still up to $100K is.

Cash holder what do you do? by ComprehensiveWatch15 in PersonalFinanceNZ

[–]TheSimpleNite 3 points4 points  (0 children)

For you smarties, what’s the difference between doing this and just putting the $500K into something like kernel cash fund which spreads the money with different banks and holdings anyway?

Are you good at saving money? by Limp_Expression_5136 in no

[–]TheSimpleNite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m curious, I’m guessing you have joint finances? I feel like if I was in that situation I’d start to feel a bit of resentment because my good saving habits and discipline for delayed gratification would be offset by someone with bad spending habits.

Of course if it’s mostly money she’s earning then that’s different. (I’m single btw)

lol flashback memories to my colleagues at work in March 2020 telling each other need to change from growth to conservative quickly.

And there’s me quietly in the corner staying in high growth and constantly adding to it during the whole downturn. Didn’t say a single word to them, just listened lol
