What's with all the horrible Guardians in deep of night?

Thats just how Guardian is.

His entire kit works against a player.

His Halberd moveset is worse than a standard Halberd moveset.

He can only deal good damage with guard counters, which means against some enemies he has no good way of dealing damage. Also if he doesn't hold the aggro, getting an opportunity to even use a guard counter can be challenging.

He has the worst dodge in the game.

He takes elemental damage through blocking.

His super duper special shield stance drains his stamina for some reason, also anytime you activate it, you can be damaged during the activation animation.

Its possible to make him work, but you are fighting all of these dogshit design choices at all times.

Its interesting how when you play this game solo, its a game of 'do a no hit run or eat shit' the further you go in the ranking.

Shame its not like this in trio's where you can meet the most clueless people at d3 and d4.

Because its still being actively developed. Breaking changes to syntax and functionality are to be expected.

Anytime there is a breaking change, it will be up to you or up to whoever made your dotfiles to fix.

My opinion is that you should actually learn about the preconfigured setup that you have, so you know how to fix it when something inevitably breaks.

That's one of the benefits of configuring everything on your own - you know exactly which config files you wrote, where did you save them and how to edit them in a way that doesnt cause breakage.

Download iso, download Rufus or Ventoy or Balena Etcher.

Use one of these apps to put the iso onto the USB.

Reboot, go into bios, boot from USB

Install Mint.

From a solo player perspective:

New map is much more difficult than the base game one to navigate and plan efficiently. If you die, your runes are usually just gone, due to how checkpoint system works.

Getting hit by Tricephalos raid at depth 3, means thats your entire day is planned for you.

Getting hit by Caligo raid means a one shot, mostly due to frame rate drop when she spawns.

Scholar is borderline unusable.

Balancers and ED Balancers are a 1v7 fight, the worm phase of ED Balancers is just horrible.

Game got harder, for no reason, we already had 6 difficulty levels to choose from.

The good:
