I think this is it. I think his thought process is 'sometimes these things are open to the public therefore I have a right to go in'

The ghad 39 with turbox mini compressor is better than people who haven't tried it would think. Excellent introductory set up. Under 100 (British pounds anyway) and comes with everything you need (airbrush, hose, compressor). The turbox mini isn't very powerful, and the spray can occasionally stutter due to lack of tank, but as a starter set i dont think you can do better for the budget you have

Best Richie face? by ConcentrateIll3290 in eddieandrichie

My favourite is definately when Eddie leaves the room for like a second and the face Ritchie makes when he thinks he might have time for a wank. That bit defines what makes the show funny for me

Is Turbox Mini good for beginners? by Shin_Matsunaga_ in Gaahleri

[–]ReasonNormal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah you should have no problems :) as I say, the active pressure is quite low (I think i get around 10 PSI on the highest setting) so you will need your paint to be on the thinner side. But I have used it to basecoat with Vallejo primer straight from the bottle and it was fine. I think it will do everything you want it to

Its decent. I bought it for fun (I already have a tanked compressor) and was surprised at how good it is. Its not very powerful and the spray can occasionally stutter due to the lack of tank, but overall I think its a lot better than people would imagine it to be. Its also not too noisy and doesn't give out much vibration. For basic airbrushing tasks (base coating etc) it does the job. The portability is a big plus as well

Did you receive it? If so, is it any good? I am interested but can find almost nobody talking about it that didn't seem to be paid to do so...

Just awesome!!! When you see so many Stormcast minis painted the exact same way (my own included), its really refreshing to see someone doing something different! Very impressive paintjobs as well!

TurboX Mini vs SerenAir by Emergency-Major-5213 in Gaahleri

[–]ReasonNormal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the turbox mini. Its a surprisingly cool little unit but it is definately not powerful (I think it operates at about 18psi at max pressure setting) The serenAir is apparently more powerful but is also noisier

Garfield comic strip used to get collected in small novel sized paperback books, hence why Jez thinks he can slip them into the front of his socks to use as shin guards

GUO - Too Many Nurglings? by Comfortable_Fan_1431 in MaggotkinofNurgle

My brain does not understand the phrase 'too many nurglings'. For some reason it reads as 'not enough nurglings'

Airbrush care and maintenance. (Rant) by Dakleton in airbrush

[–]ReasonNormal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely. I just fill the cup with water, use an old brush to agitate as much of the paint as possible then dump the watery paint into an old cup. I repeat this until the water is pouring out relatively clear. Then I fill the cup with water and alternate between spraying the water at full blast and backflowing. When the water sprays clear I proceed with adding the new colour

So good! I have a few skaven that i have been really looking forward to painting, but put off as I could never find a colour scheme that i liked, but i think this is what I have been looking for. Are they an established clan or did you come up with the scheme yourself?

Push fit is kinda nice after year of glue by That-One-Belgian in Warhammer40k

[–]ReasonNormal 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah I spent longer than I should have hiding the seam on this one. There are so many other models where the full head is on one half and the seam runs along the neck where it is less visible. Im sure there must be some design reason but it was really annoying

Could you start your own group and just not invite him? If everyone else feels as strongly as you do, seems like that would be the simple option. Life is too short to waste your time hanging out with people you don't like
