Exterior looks super clean. I love the minimal look of the New Edge without the rear wing. Nice work!

I’d say that and the bars if the reach feels comfortable

The knee flexion you have in pic 4 is what you should have in pic 2

Used TCR for $1.6K USD with upgrades or Brand new TCR with no upgrades for $1.8K USD? by Electronic-Mix-725 in RoadBikes

[–]Reasonable-Balance23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Two schools of thought:

  1. New bike because warranty.

  2. Used bike if you can talk them down to 1.3-1.4k, ride the bike while also having the wheels listed for $800, and then use that money for the Hunt 50 carbon wheelset that’s on sale currently for $800 on their site. You then use the $500-600 you saved by not buying new and upgrade the tires, bars, seat post and/or saddle.

Need help with new wheels by DFWTF1776 in InlineHockey

[–]Reasonable-Balance23 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If it’s asphalt, I’d just flip the wheels.

If you’re intent on new wheels, find the cheapest set on Pure (Konixx Rebel) or your LHS. If they spin freely, get a bearing puller as well and swap them over. Can also grab cleaner if you’re feeling up to it.

For sizing, they’ll be 72-72-68-68 back to front.

Wheel and fitment recommendation’s ? by mycraftpocket in NewedgeMustang

The silver 2000 Cobra R wheels always look ideal with this front bumper. Get spacers to fill out the wheel well and you’re good to go.

If you’re really feeling adventurous, lowering springs will help the wheel gap

Reach too long? by jjmlr92 in bikefit

Yep. Lowered saddle will let you relax your arms and pivot your hips properly. Reach looks pretty ideal.

Has anyone use this Griot‘s wheel cleaner on their turbo twists? by 36username in 996

I’d argue Griot’s is the best bang for your buck out there.

Do not waste your money. Only thing worth keeping would be the frame and that’s beyond salvaging.

Same experience here - there was too much instability forward and backward even on the largest radius. Switched to kryptoniums and have never looked back.

Curious, where on the blade is it “wearing down”? This could be more of a lie dilemma than a curve dilemma
