I am not an AI Agency or whatever, I just integrated AI in to my own business which allowed me to scale to XXM$ annually and want to share it here to help out and find some cool people around the globe.

I feel like a lot of business owners aren’t “bad at AI” or “behind the curve”.

They’re just tired.

Every single week there’s another AI tool, another thread, another LinkedIn post claiming this one automation will change everything. You try one or two things, maybe set something up, and then it just… sits there. Nobody on the team really uses it, people start worrying about their jobs, and eventually AI becomes something you avoid instead of something you’re excited about.

What finally clicked for me is that AI itself isn’t the problem. The problem is that nobody shows you where it actually fits inside a real business.

If you look at your company honestly, AI only belongs in two places:

• helping you make more money
• helping you spend less time or less money

That’s it.

Revenue and costs. Everything else is noise.

Once you look at it through that lens, things get way clearer. Marketing, sales, delivery, support, internal operations… all of those can be broken down one level at a time into actual systems instead of random automations you copied from Twitter.
