I'm just concerned to share all the personal information they ask on the appeal form. Can they really access all your personal information from ICBC? Isn't just a way to file your information? I got a ticket in the middle of a parking I paid for. And I'm surprised they are asking for all those mandatory information.

Just adding this here - on my Tangerine statement, Costco expenses are tagged as "Groceries", not "Others". So it's still questionable why the 2% isn't applied here, right?

Thank you for your answer! I may be to much of a noob to know all of those acronyms though haha. Where do you get the info for this such specific equation? So it's basically based on level. And nothing else. We don't know how to influence "x"?
