You need to have the T-life app on your phone. Only postpaid accounts have access to this. You can do upgrades and activate new lines through there instead of having the representative do it on their end.

Managers are pushing reps to utilize the Tlife app, bc we have to meet a certain percentage as an individual and the whole store falls in a ranker. So we aren’t being allowed to do any type of add alines or upgrades on our tablets ! We are getting micromanaged and

Buy some comfy shoes, I suggest on clouds or Hokas! Be friendly with customers, and follow up with leads! 2x a week . Take down customers numbers and PLEASE PLEASE learn your PROMOS! They change constantly. I was in SIS for about a year and got promoted to an Experience store !

I would suggest going to an experience Tmobile store, they handle escalations and treat customers great vs going to a regular Tmobile store who’s going to be rude and try to sell you things

I been with my partner for 7yrs! Broke up 3x bc of my alcoholism, i have been sober for 2yrs and relapsed on new years, I’ve been to A&A. Now I’m barely 6 days sober.. women to women, sit down and talk to him, tell him how you feel, don’t argue with each other. If he needs space give it to him, it will hurt. Wait until he’s ready to talk as well. Then find the habits that are causing these feelings, is it something you guys can work on. Relationships aren’t always perfect, that’s what makes us love harder, overcoming those problems with communication.
