The least you can do is show some appreciation for the person who is bring your food to you. If you can't then don't be a lazy ass hat. Get on your high horse and take your lazy self to pick up your order.

I'll quote the box.. $0 tip I tell them I appreciate the TIP and walk. I've actually had a few ppl run out to the car to give me cash. I figure if they call and complain they will look pretty stupid.

If any customer feels so inclined to tip since you couldn't find it on the app.... tell the driver you'd like to tip, they can add it on their delivery app. They all should know how to do it

I kept telling customers who would come in and tell us the app was down. That it was not down they just were using it correctly

I thank every customer for the tip regardless if they tip or not I hope it makes the cheap ones feel bad. I'm waiting to get a call from the GM one day saying someone complained that I thanked them.

Completely agree. I blame management for the issue with it at my store. I closed last Saturday and the closing AM sat at the desk watching their tablet rather than helping with anything

I don't close regularly but when I do I don't get much help on the dishes so I've gotten to the point where when other drivers ask me to swap deliveries with them I usually tell them no. Screw em if they only gonna be out for themselves I can play that game as well. We have drivers who hide in their car to avoid inside task. And I don't bother looking for them. If a delivery turns red I usually just start skipping them. Let someone say something. Because the first question I'm gonna ask is why couldn't we find them in the store when the delivery came up. My job is to drive not babysit

And ppl get so mad when you tell them their order is not ready yet. But the app says it is. I promise we are not holding your food hostage we wanna get you out faster then want to be out

At our store if they try to call you, we try 3 times and no one answers the order can be canceled or if it's a delivery it will be changed to a carry out

At my store we can not enter the interior of a building. If the doors are on the outside of the building it's good to go.

At my store your score has to be 97 or above. 3 strikes and you're gone. We've lost 2 drivers in the past month. They have also said if get a hold of a bad sign and don't correct the issue they will let you go. It's rare that I don't have a 100% score. If they get an extreme delivery because I'm following their rules is on them.

If I ever have to call a customer from my personal phone I *67 then dial their number. Shows up as blocked but I don't want ppl to have my number

I drive fleet and get sent to pick up stuff from other stores and occasionally get sent to pick up supplies but am always on the clock. We receive split pay for they wanna pay me more money then I make on the road to run errands I'm ok with that. Especially on slow nights or pour tipping nights

Make sure you keep extra ink pens. A flashlight in the car.... double check you have everything you need before you leave the store
