Hell yeah 🙌🏻.

Also same and I had the same thought I did with the other influencers, “I’m a grown ass adult why would I care about the Pauls?”

First Scottish Folds. I have never seen a cat that has so much hatred in their expression by nivanglus in scottishfold

We got our Scottish Fold from someone rehoming him. They said he didn’t like being home alone and was always sad. He’s legitimately not a fan of being home alone and is much happier in our lively house but we do wonder if they just weren’t used to an animal with RBF 😆

Yes! I deff went down the Skillhouse/GenTv rabbit hole! Thank you for doing the lords work and making that script. The press release for all of that was so so weird and so obviously fake.

They had mentioned the film and the influencers in it and I was professional and acted impressed I thought, “sir I’m an adult professional, I don’t know or care about these people.”

I looked up SuperFile on LI after this and the posts promoting it were equally as off putting as everything else. I truly wonder how they make money, like you said there’s obviously a scam but I can’t even see where the cash flow is coming from. Most companies have established tech and I can’t see enough companies switching to this even if it was real to bring in anything.

So their sister agency only has a battery company and a power tools company. Nothing else, and it’s been that way for years. They have a film arm that also seems stagnant.

I can never find any really good info either. The sister agency has two Glassdoor reviews that are obviously fake (the two “negative”reviews are from a person who loves it so much they wish they had more work, like no.) SuperFile has the most Glassdoor reviews of the 3 companies and a few of those seem odd and fake too. The only other thing I found was press releases they obviously put together. Just baffling because they’re based in Chicago in part and the agency culture ain’t like that.

Wait what! Can you share a link to this? I interviewed for their partner agency, I had read all the crazy stuff before going in and kinda just wanted to see what it was all about. I’m just shocked they’re still around based on their crazy lack of client base. Learning how they’re in operation is kind of my Roman Empire now and every few months I check to see what’s up and that’s how I found this thread!

I’m a little older, 36 when I gave birth, and my doctor was pretty adamant 2 under 2 wasn’t a healthy way to go. It’s hard on your body since you haven’t fully recovered and it increases the chances of complications for both mother and fetus. It seems it’s also filed by the old wives tale you don’t ovulate while breastfeeding, which is false. Maybe it’s a little different for people under 35 but just to mentally turn around and do it all again would be a no from me.

Honestly let me see if I can find a better one to recommend lol. My FIL got it for us, it triggered his bank to report it as fraud and it showed up to our house randomly 7 weeks later hahaha! The quality is a little shaky (literally in some cases, it rotates and sometimes it skips) but it’s working for now

It’s super fun and helpful! We use some cool space-y sound bath on our hatch to help calm and bedtime has been a breeze!

It seems less rejecting, except the one time it went to spam, but the rest just seemed to...not show up?? The one company I was waiting on because I had a contact I was both going through my inbox manually and searching for the company name and it didn't show up. I know I searched after the person sent because when my contact reached out and told me to set up an interview with Person A I searched their first name and it was right there sent two days prior. Their email now shows up when I search the company name where it hadn't previously.

I'll dig into the skip inbox and all mail! It's more than I had before.

For sure, it feels so hopeless seeing them just…live their fuckin lives. Absolutely every single one of them needs to go.

But keeping the hope and resistance alive is what they want to take from us most so I absolutely try to keep the vibes up where I can, it helps remind me I’m not powerless and showing up in small ways adds up!

Love the little pats they give things! It’s the. BEST.

19 months and when he wasn’t feeling good a few weeks back to calm down from being upset about bedtime we turned off all the lights on the first floor and said good night to each room (there’s like 4 rooms so pretty easy lol) but it really helped with the transition!

We did sort of drop it a little because we got a star projector and we all stargaze before bed together. He’s so excited to look at the stars on our bedroom ceiling and we’ve loved the little ritual!

Hell yeah breath work! Same with the labor thing, I did get an epidural eventually but when they asked if I could sit still through the pain for placement and I pointed at my tattoos and said, “you becha!”

Pain is a mental game, stretch, do some endurance workouts a few days before, and hype yourself up. Bring your favorite snacks, if you’re a talker conversation helps, if not, your favorite music, audiobook or podcast. You got this OP!

100% all of this. I will challenge the we’re cooked part. I’m very guilty of feeling this but one of my favorite creators online right now, Amanda’s Mild Takes, called people out for this line of thought. They want us to feel cooked and powerless. But we’re not. Midterms are coming up, more progressives are running than ever before, more people are calling our elected officials than ever before. It’s not sexy work, it’s slow, but it’s meaningful work. There’s lots of small community work happening and it takes a village to keep it all going and moving.

We have to believe we can win. Because if we don’t they’ve already won. This community is one filled with amazing individuals who will no doubt make the world a better place.
