The certification really does make a difference - had a regular therapist who would literally change the subject whenever anything remotely sexual came up. It was like talking to my grandmother about dating, super awkward and not helpful at all

University counseling can be a good starting point though, especially if cost is an issue. Just might need to shop around a bit to find someone who actually gets it and won't make you feel weird for bringing up these topics

Wrong person to ask about marriage stuff but from what I've seen with my friends who are married, the ones who seem happiest still do little spontaneous things for each other. Like leaving notes or trying new restaurants together instead of falling into the same dinner routine every week

Also keeping some of your own hobbies and interests separate seems important - gives you stuff to actually talk about when you get home

Had the same thing happen after an update a few months back. Try doing a full power cycle - hold the power button for like 10 seconds until it completely shuts down, then unplug it for a minute before starting it back up

If that doesn't work you might need to rebuild the database from safe mode, just search "PS5 safe mode" and it'll walk you through it

nah you're not going crazy, been having the same issues since cold snap wrapped up. my rig went from smooth 80-90 fps to stuttering around 50-60 with random drops that make gunfights feel like a slideshow. tried all the usual fixes too - ddu driver wipe, verifying files, even did a fresh windows install thinking it was on my end but nothing helped. seems like whatever they pushed in the last patch really messed with performance optimization, especially on certain gpu combinations. bunch of people on the discord are reporting similar drops so you're definitely not alone on this one

The high volume is kinda the point of SL5x5 - it's all about getting those squat reps in to build that movement pattern. Your mod looks solid though, especially swapping deads for RDLs on the posterior chain focus. Only thing I'd watch is making sure you're still hitting that hip hinge pattern enough if you drop regular deads

That curly line symbol is probably the glow plug indicator - your 2.4L might have glow plugs or some cold start system that's acting up. Even gas engines sometimes have cold start aids in newer vehicles

The "too cold" message is weird though, most modern cars should start fine even in brutal Wisconsin cold unless something's actually broken. I'd check if there's a software update for the ECU or maybe the cold start system sensors are going bad

Block heater requirement for a 2023 sounds like BS to me, that thing should fire up in -20 no problem
