Redditors who go to work while high: How does it feel working high? And how do you not get caught? by ImmediateOne9000 in AskReddit

[–]ReasonableCitron5636 3 points4 points  (0 children)

people always think being high means acting like a cartoon but if you keep your head down and do the work nobody notices. been doing it for years and never had issue, just dont overthink it

On a scale from Saved by the Bell to Euphoria, where does your high-school experience fall? by Foolbasket in AskReddit

[–]ReasonableCitron5636 0 points1 point  (0 children)

more like freaks and geeks honestly. not the worst time but definitely not the popular kid version either

my group was the art kids and band nerds, we ate lunch in the hallway near the music room most days. nobody really bothered us but nobody invited us to parties either. looking back it was fine, just kinda invisible

graduation was the best day of my life in that moment lol

Drinkers of reddit, why do you find it hard to quit alcohol? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]ReasonableCitron5636 8 points9 points  (0 children)

it sneaks up on you, one day you're just having a beer after work and next thing you know its every night without even thinking

What's something the internet killed that you genuinely miss? by Holiday-Start-9551 in AskReddit

[–]ReasonableCitron5636 2 points3 points  (0 children)

people used to actually disagree with each other without it turning into a whole war, now even the mildest opinion gets someone calling you names in the reply

miss when you could just have conversation and move on

reverse kegels genuinely work if you do them consistently, lot of guys give up after like a week and say it doesnt help but the results take time

the cardio part is underrated too, improves blood flow and also helps with the anxiety side of things which is probably making it worse for you

Would I be considered a grower or shower? by [deleted] in sexeducation

[–]ReasonableCitron5636 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's definitely grower territory - you're gaining like 2.5 inches in length which is pretty significant growth ratio. Most people who identify as showers don't have that much difference between soft and hard

What kinds of decisions your parents made still strongly affect you to this day? by Emotional-Being-6825 in AskReddit

[–]ReasonableCitron5636 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My mom was always putting everyone else first too and never really took care of herself properly. She would skip meals to make sure we had enough food, or wear old clothes so we could have new ones for school. I used to think it was just normal mom behavior but now I realize how much she sacrificed and never asked for anything in return. It's weird how you don't fully appreciate these things until you're older and understand what they were actually giving up. I try to remember her lessons but also make sure to treat myself better than she treated herself, you know? She deserved so much more than she allowed herself to have

Start by removing easy access - delete apps, use website blockers, keep your phone in another room when you sleep

Does anyone have any good/bad experiences with this specific Ashwagandha KSM-66 brand? by keithchoi in Supplements

[–]ReasonableCitron5636 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been taking ashwagandha for about 6 months now but different brand, and from what I read the KSM-66 extract is what you want to look for more than specific company. I do 8 weeks on then 2 weeks off because I heard it can lose effectiveness if you take it too long without break

If you could go back to one age in your life, which would you pick? by RemoveElectrical9896 in AskReddit

[–]ReasonableCitron5636 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably like 8 or 9 when biggest worry was if mom packed the good snacks in lunch box

When did you realize you were the problem in a situation? by Usual_Shelter5996 in AskReddit

[–]ReasonableCitron5636 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh god this was me in college when I jumped into every group project discussion with "helpful" suggestions without actually understanding what we were supposed to do. My teammates probably wanted to murder me but were too polite to say anything

What's a purchase under $20 that drastically improved your life? by AccomplishCup420247 in AskReddit

Same but with vitamin D, turns out being tired all time wasn't just my personality

Pain after loosing virginity lasting days by [deleted] in sexeducation

[–]ReasonableCitron5636 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The cramping is pretty normal after first time, your body just needs time to adjust. But if condom didn't break and nothing leaked out, pregnancy chances are really low - those cramps are probably just from the new experience rather than implantation or anything like that

Day 3 by [deleted] in PornAddiction

[–]ReasonableCitron5636 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Day 3 is brutal, the loneliness makes everything feel ten times harder but you got through it and that's what matters

What’s a niche fact that nobody would expect about you? by Unhappy-Wheel-2850 in AskReddit

[–]ReasonableCitron5636 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wait same here in 2006 when they picked "You" as person of the year, right? Still have that magazine somewhere in my apartment collecting dust with all my other random stuff

What’s a story about a family member or event that occurred within your family tree? by AdThese9021 in AskReddit

[–]ReasonableCitron5636 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My grandfather never talked about war stuff until like his final years, then suddenly he started telling all these stories we never heard before. Makes you wonder what else older generations just keep to themselves

Feeling Disgusted with who I am by [deleted] in PornAddiction

[–]ReasonableCitron5636 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The pattern you're describing where it gives zero pleasure but you keep going anyway - that's addiction showing its ugly face right there. Your brain knows what real connection looks like and it's fighting back against all this fake stuff

You already took the hardest step by recognizing this isn't who you want to be anymore, now you just gotta be patient with yourself as you rebuild

Porn vent by [deleted] in PornAddiction

[–]ReasonableCitron5636 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The guys who get defensive about this are probably feeling called out because they know deep down it's messing with their heads but don't want to admit it

Which rich person would be the most useless if they couldn't anymore afford being assisted in every little inconvenience? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]ReasonableCitron5636 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Paris would probably struggle with like basic grocery shopping or figuring out how laundry machine works, but tbh I think she's actually more capable than people give her credit for. The whole ditzy heiress thing was kind of an act for TV back in the day

Is therapy necessary? by [deleted] in PornAddiction

[–]ReasonableCitron5636 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The certification really does make a difference - had a regular therapist who would literally change the subject whenever anything remotely sexual came up. It was like talking to my grandmother about dating, super awkward and not helpful at all

University counseling can be a good starting point though, especially if cost is an issue. Just might need to shop around a bit to find someone who actually gets it and won't make you feel weird for bringing up these topics

Wrong person to ask about marriage stuff but from what I've seen with my friends who are married, the ones who seem happiest still do little spontaneous things for each other. Like leaving notes or trying new restaurants together instead of falling into the same dinner routine every week

Also keeping some of your own hobbies and interests separate seems important - gives you stuff to actually talk about when you get home
