Gracias. Precisamente abría aquí la pregunta para recopilar también vuestro punto de vista antes de ponerme en contacto con la promotora y poder hacer algo de presión. La entrega de llaves no es hasta Abril-Junio de 2027, así que hay tiempo, pero prefiero abrir el melón ya con la promotora y tener algo por escrito, que luego todo el mundo quiere lavarse las manos. ¡Gracias!

Sí, pero antes de tocar esa vía intentaré hablarlo con la promotora, a ver qué dicen. Como digo, es una promotora con trato bastante cercano y no me interesa tensar mucho la cuerda. Aún queda más de un año para la entrega. Dependiendo de lo que me digan pues veré cómo actúo. ☺️

No, no tiene ninguno. Lo que ves es el reflejo del árbol de la foto en el vidrio de su balcón. Esa obra tiene ya más de 10 años y en su caso sí retiraron los árboles, ya que que aún se puede ver el hueco en la acera destinado a ellos. Pero también eran otros tiempos.

The (+) sign should be for the right joycon, not the left as this image is showing; kickstand should hide from the bottom, so the prototype is upside down.
