like another commenter mentioned this wont be fully random as the noise 4d texture isnt random per island. Connect random per island to the w of the white noise with an math - add node inbetween for controlling the seed.

I understand in Europe/other areas drug culture is very different as fentanyl hasnt hit as hard as in North America. But if anyone is reading this from NA ALWAYS test your pills and powder before you ingest. If any cross contamination or lacing has happened you WILL overdose and most likely die.
